In Daunta's defense he left us because of the gas prices of traveling 2 hours to practice. Duante did show up to every practice, charity event, game, and paid his fees. Daunte never disrespected our staff. His only down fall may have been ego and speaking his mind. But I can say Duante has become alot more humble over the years. But I can say he is not the only player that speaks his mind and most of us has at least a little ego.

I keep hearing from you it's "MISMANAGEMENT" three teams...Jaguars, Shockers, and now Colts. Did you do anything to try to right the ship? Did you offer your services and experience to the team or had the ego Chris mentioned already ruined some credibility?
You can tell me to shut up until sun goes down, doesn't mean it's going to happen. I will tell you point blank that at least 2 of the teams you were on didn't want you there but be it lack of numbers or no guts to cut, they didn't do it. I never said YOU thought you were all world or even a starter, but that doesn't mean that when you and a select few of your teammates are together and you are "allegedly" complaining about mismanagement, bad coaching, etc etc. it's still undermining and being a cancer. One negative word from you to a teammate be it on the sideline or off the field, spreads to that player, which spreads to another player and so on and so forth. When you complain, you should complain UP to a coach or owner and offline AWAY from teammates. There's a guy with the 'Cats now who was kicked off the Shockers for showing up coaches and arguing with them about techniques in front of other players during practice, he was a ME guy and not a TEAM guy. I will take Chris' word that the Bearcats were a good fit for you and it was just a matter of distance and finances. However, over the years, we have heard about your time with the Stallions, Jaguars and Shockers and now that the Colts are 0-4 you suddenly jump ship to the Ravens? From the outside looking in...yes, Duante is the common denominator. That's just simple statistics.

Jokers usually are the ones telling you things you don't want to hear.

Duante, what I said wasn't what you posted. It isn't my style to post here and argue. But to clear it up, what I said was in response to your claim, "I have NEVER been the guy on the SIDELINE saying "Put me in or I am better than yadda yadda yadda". A lot of stuff you post is correct, but you were, during the two years I've known you, the first guy grumbling that you are better than the guy getting the PT. Whether that may have been true or not, you spent a lot of time walking the sidelines complaining that you were the best QB on both teams we've been on together and that you don't understand how nobody else sees that. So, in fact, I have coached you and I do know that this statement isn't correct. No matter how you feel, Duante, I don't hate on you. Though I do consider leaving mid-season to be in poor form, its your choice to make and I'm glad you're happy. The facts, however, are the facts.

so after all of that banter and Duante telling me to kiss his ass, that I'm a joke, etc, etc...btallon comes on here, verifies and basically backs the stories I have heard about the way Duante behaves on the sidelines when he's not playing and talking noise about coaching decisions, suddenly all of his posts get deleted like that will mask and hide what was talked about??? Be a man Duante....it's now not just me who has heard you are a cancer on some teams...the fact that you are playing for a 6th team in 6 years means you have issues with coaches who don't think you are the player you, yourself think you are....you call ME a joke? You've just proven yourself a joke by trying to hide your statements....

Politician, you are right on with Duante. He used to complain with the Stallions that he should be in there in front of Chance Savage. LOL.

I don't want to pile on, I believe Duante would be good at helping out with the organization with the squad, as he as always been a player of good standing, comes to every practice, pays his bills, and pays his own way, but I have witnessed the cancerism, and he thinks he is a better player than he is. He IS servicable, can be an assett, but in HIS mind he should be an AUTOMATIC starter.

And Duante, this message board is tight. Another thing you did well.

Every team has one of those, it's how he the players react to it. Act like a bitch get treated like a bitch - act like a man and you'll have no problem gaining respect!
Simple.
