Toro, you're clearly not even attempting to comprehend what I'm saying. 1. Nobody doubts you have a good team. You should, you're promising things others aren't. 2. The issue is with your agenda and the logistical reality of your situation. You say screw schedules? Hmm....I believe I've said this before but go look at the schedules for PFL teams. They are booked solid other than this weekend and the July 4 weekend. Should a PFL teams simply forfeit a league game to play you? Again, it makes no sense. 3. You only want to play PFL teams because you have nobody else to play. You're begging from a point of weakness, not strength. 4. Stop bragging about the so-called "monster" you "built." Anyone, and I mean ANYONE, could set up in an area and make a ton of grand promises and get top players from other teams to join their squads. All the wanna-be-pro semi-pro players are about as gullible as they are ignorant and will follow the lies anywhere if they think it will give them a shot at a pro contract. You guys have promised money. Promised travel. Promised exposure. Promised getting a look. You failed to deliver on most, if not all of the above and now you're on a forum begging, no, demanding, no, badgering REAL teams in REAL leagues for games. It's pathetic. The top PFL teams right now are the Monarchs and Bears (sorry Vipers). Let's say the Bears took the top 7 players from the Colts, Bearcats and Bulldogs to add 21 players to what they have now. And the Monarchs took the top 7 players from the Vipers, Raiders and Shine. Now, You don't think those teams would be the baddest of the bad? Of course they would. So stop pounding your chest like King Kong. He, like you, climbed to the top. But unlike you, when he fell - and you will fall - he was the innocent victim and mourned. People will only rejoice when the venom is sucked out of the Cobras and they wither and die. Is that you Fentress? lol I am not affiliated with any team or league. I played and coached in the NWFL in the past and for a couple of current PDFL teams. I still follow the goings on and I'm tired of some of the unproductive idiocy that goes on. Also, I hate bullies. The Cobras are bullies. Pathetic ones, at that.

Keith, please understand that as a PFL owner in good standing, Chris is required to snowball you with the "official" response. I'm not an owner so I can tell you the truth. Yes, one of the first clauses agreed to early on when creating the PFL bylaws states that no PFL team can play any team that you're associated with. However, it's not that all PFL owners are haters, they actually desire to elevate you to a whole new level of martyrdom in hopes of getting you inducted to the International Martyr's Hall of Fame. Your continual "woe is us" act has not gone unappreciated. Please remember all the little people when giving your speech during your induction! ;D ;D ;D ;D Ouch!! Double ouch! Well thought up!

If we are so pathetic, bring your squad and PROVE IT. Like I have said, I dont control what league we are in. I would have LOVED to be in the PFL with our squad. Not my decision. I just build and coach teams. People are acting as if we are AGAINST semi-pro ball or something. I have played COUNTLESS years of semi-pro, and so has our owner. I am on this MB cuz I still follow semi-pro as a fan, NOT like America, a REAL semi-pro fan...

Your definition of a fan is different from mine. America is a real entertainment seeking, ticket and concession item buying SPORTS fan and not a semi pro playa turned semi pro fan. If teams/leagues would cater to the America fans league's will prosper. If teams/leagues cater to the broke playa's then league's will remain fan uninteresting broke and remain struggling semi pro. Very simple. I will be going to a Rainiers game this week spending money.

At last Thursday’s Rainier’s game I attended, 3,400 gate paying, food/drink consuming and souvenir purchasing fans (who by the way even showed up in the rain) disagree with you. That’s some decent income for a baseball game. Now if only the Pro Cobra’s had just a league to play in, just think of the fan potential.

Baseball does suck ...
I'm guessing that most PFL, PDFL, WWFA, ABCFL teams don't draw 3,400 paying fans in an entire season.
When compared to semi-pro football attendance, baseball looks pretty good.
It's a pity that egomaniacs and control freaks tend to push business people out of semi-pro football.

It's a pity that egomaniacs and control freaks tend to push business people out of semi-pro football. New stadium, last season they won the PCL , hell they probably could beat the M's in a 7 game series. Fans accept rain outs but fans like myself think forfeits are unacceptable . Rainers have a beer garden, semi pro doesn't . Tickets are cheaper for a rainers game than they are for most football games. When a fight breaks out in baseball it's not frowned upon ( kinda like hockey fights) but football players in semi pro leagues still try to fight, even though they could line up the next play and smash that person with their pads and helmet and not get a flag or ejection for fighting. I don't think anyone in the Tacoma area takes the cobras serious as a pro team. UFL/NFL / AFL = pro.... cobras /Boise = hopefully a good game to watch of some local talent.
