PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENTAL LEAGUE MAKING BIG PLANS FOR 2013 Tacoma,Washington-Theo Hall,a former college and minorleague player has big plans for his Professional Developmental Football League, which kicks off in the spring of 2013. No, this is not anothe semi-pro/minor league venture. Hall, who owns a recording studio that deals with musical stars is putting together a league (two divisions),that will develope players for the NFL, Canada, Arena League and European Leagues. There will not be any "recreational" players, just recent college players who have the potential to play pro ball. Current teams West-Tacoma Cobras, Utah Armageddon, Boise Bandits, Portland Boltz and Spokane Silverbacks. East-Palm Beach Crush, Georgia Invaders, Carolina Knights and Virginia Colonials. More teams will be added. Hall is also working with the revised United State Football League, a major pro league that is making a comback in 2013 with a spring seSON and major tv contract. A agreement for the PDFL to be the USFL's farm system is in the works. If you are interested in a franchise in this league the cost is $7,500, and is well worth it. Contact Hall at his email: thall@thepdfl.com. WEb: THEPDFL.COM. 8 man league. www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=gridiron8manfootballassociationWhat do you think??

Heard it before....sound familiar? www.gnfafootball.org/nextlevelfootballleague.htmAs of May 27 they are still looking for "GM's" in Washington, Oregon and Idaho....so the Boise Bandits, Portland Boltz and Spokane Silverbacks are currently internet teams that don't exist.....just like the Bend Mountaineers. What happened to the boys in Eugene (Stallions) who were going to be jumping in? Palm Beach Crush? Same old BS...someone is going to pocket $7500 in "franchise fees" and scam a bunch of sponsors. paper teams that don't exist...big things coming! woo hoo! get excited y'all! USFL coming...forget the UFL and the $50 MILLION dollars that were invested to get it going...these guys are smarter and can do the PDFL and USFL for less than a MILLION!! Warren Buffet look out! These guys are financial geniuses! Seuss must be tired of the WWFA or he no longer has a say in anything so he's going to go create more teams around Tacoma so more teams can show up with 14 players. 8-man league...can't wait to hear that Rob Rarey is going to jump on the bandwagon! It's his dream come true! 10 teams around Tacoma all playing on the same field! He should be their biggest fan!!!

Hell yes. This is what I've been talking about. The old dry stale 11 man semi pro crap of not knowing where the games will be played, traveling teams showing up with 15 guys, and 6 officials to pay for needs a shake up. Smart move in this down economy. I wish this league much success. I believe more guys will leave the 11 man crap and move to this 8 man league. Oregon has had a nine man league in the Eugene area for many years. They play their games locally. More semi pro teams are becoming 8 man. Makes sense because most next level play for the semi pro players is Arena or Indoor football. Congrats to Dick Suess and the boys on a great forward thinking idea.

Post a picture of you holding your season ticket as a financial supporter of this venture when it starts. Otherwise you are just flappin' gums like always.

Post a picture of you holding your season ticket as a financial supporter of this venture when it starts. Otherwise you are just flappin' gums like always. I've been going to Rainiers games. I have their 18 game plan. Having a great fan time going to these games. I thank semi pro football for bringing back to passion for baseball. If these 8 man games are shorter than the 4 hour 11 man games then going to watch two 8 man games would be much better.

hope they are right up your alley. that way there will be a choice 8-man or 11-man and nobody will have to read your ridiculous rants on here anymore. why don't you get on the board of directors with suess and be apart of "the next big thing". show us all how its done...don't just talk it...walk it.

Whatever happens I wish them luck! I maybe doing what Nikita said I should do. I may be a head coach next season, but like I said, I am completing my obligations to the Cobras THIS season.

Yes Choice. I love competition. Competition will help both leagues step up. 11 man isn't going anywhere and remains dull. It needs a wake up call. I will have to lay my bet on that 8 man games in one location where fans know of week after week will pass up in popularity over the unknown 11 man locations of long drawn out boring blow out games filled with yellow flags. Snore! Hell skippy no I'll not volunteer one minute to semi pro football. Are you serious? With certified dumb shits like you Meadows slithering around, there is no way in hell. This message board will be full of 8 man talk if this league forms. Nice!

That's what I like to hear from you and it was the Bucs that I played for against your Jets. Good old Lance was the Cavs QB WAY back then before he went to the Jets. Old school player!

8 man isn't popular nor does it beat traditional football.

Certain areas 8 man is big, but not around my area. Anyways Nikita, those were the days when football in the NW was at its best! The Buccs games were always tough! I especially HATE the 2001 NWFL Chip. I still see Branch jumping over all our DBs in overtime, and yalls sideline losing it, throwing yalls helmets in the air! Grrrr. Anyways, we tapped that ass in 02 real lovely.

What now suiess who once talked shit about the 9man league in Oregon and saying who are they now is copying what they are doing lmao. ICFL VS NNFL All-Stars this Saturday in Boise and South Valley Vandals NNFL National Championship Game July 28Th Minneapolis Metrodome vs SPFL Champion. Plus the 100 yard field and 3 man arena motion it has already been done. Lets see after the PNFC and Cascade league are no longer how long this stays a float.

8 man isn't popular nor does it beat traditional football. Maybe. Maybe not. I do know this. 8 man football will be much more cost effective and easier to manage than super tanker 11 man roster of 40 plus semi pro teams traveling. Makes economic sense in this economy. Don't worry the NFL will always stay 11 man.

If owners share stadium and officials costs then I see 8 man semi pro surpassing 11 man semi pro here in the Puget Sound area. Faster game, less to manage and more guys get to play. Remember we still have 8 man high school football in WA. 9 man in Oregon is working.
