bearcats 10 bulldogs 26, tough game love the competition in this league. We gave up 19 points on the first 3 drives. our defense came out and self destructed with our play and penalties. As we found out against the Monarchs if you open a door on a good team they will run right through it. We never took the bulldogs light, we knew it was going to be a battle. Great game Bulldogs way to come to play ball. Great team and great guys. see you in a few weeks, Unless those raiders can help out.

Good game Chris!
Many penalties in this game played a huge role. Soaking wet second half slowed the game to a crawl as well.
You guys have another great squad this season, and it's always great to see and play you guys!
See you soon big man!

I was able to watch the game on the Internet, tell your film crew I appreciate their excellent work!
I anticipate a much closer rematch game, because both teams will be very familiar with each others schemes. I'm really interested in seeing the adjustments needing to be made by both teams. I think the first game was an element of surprise and the second game will come down to who executes best. Both teams were hit with a lot of penalties some unavoidable and others unnecessary. Unnecessary penalties will have to be eliminated in the next match up or they could play a huge factor in the outcome. I'm interested in seeing how the Bearcats will deal with Bellingham's eight-man front and pass pressure. Bellingham's pass rush really kept the Bearcats offense off balance, except when the Bearcats went into their five receiver package and connected on a few quick passes. Secondly, Bellingham average 3.8-4.2 per rush on first and second down keeping them in manageable third-down situations. It's intriguing to see what the Bearcats will do in the second matchup to reduce their per rush average on first and second down. Thirdly, the Bulldogs threw for 152 yards [first half] completing 7 of 15 passes for an average of 21.7 per catch and two touchdowns. One receiver had two catches for 74 yards and another one catch for 52 yards. How will the Bearcats reduce Bellingham's per rush and per catch average? I believe the second matchup is going to be a nailbiter between the two teams. I know there's a lot of thinking going on in both war rooms!

The bulldogs like to line up 5 and rush 7. Our coaches will make adjustments, I'm sure the bulldogs are doing the same thing. I'm disappointed in the caliber of play we came out with, We're not that kind of a team self destructing and way too many penalties. July 7th will be another game to watch very physical and I'm sure lots of adjustment by two great coaching staffs all game. So barring any crazy upsets next week with mavs vs vikings and Bulldogs vs raiders the North will be #1 mavs vs #4 vikings, #2 Bulldogs vs #3 Bearcats

How many vipers were there at the game? very few. 14 or 15. For having so few guys, the Vipers that were there played hard every down and never once gave up. We played a running clock the second half, but credit to their guys who showed up.

Ya,our only hope of a home game is if Vikings beat Mavs or raiders beat bulldogs, raiders are a good team they split with the monarchs. Winning there scrimmage and losing last night. Vikings a tough team I wouldn't underestimate them. Too bad we had a chance to control home field and blew it. But on a positive note we are undefeated on the road this year.
