Final Regular Season Poll LW RK TEAM #2 #1 Portland Monarchs (10-0) Only team to finish the season without a lost and host home field throughout the entire playoffs. It will be a tough road to knock off the Monarchs at home and win the PFL championship. #3 #2 So. Oregon Renegades (9-1) The Renegades have continued to win since their near victory against the Monarchs and are set for rematch once they handle their business against the Raiders. With the addition of the elusive Nate Ellis will they have what it takes to dethrone the Monarchs and play for the PFL title??? #4 #3 So. King County Colts (7-3) The resurgent Colts did exactly what they said they were going to do and knocked the Bears from the unbeaten. Avenging their earlier season lost and riding a streak since the lost to the Monarchs the Colts are in full swing with the edge heading into the playoffs. They will be facing a tough Mavs team and should they get by will have to prove their win wasn’t a fluke against the Bears in the title game. The road to the championship will be tough and with no bye week before the title game will they have enough left in the tank to take the championship home? #1 #4 Kitsap Bears (9-1) Their only lost comes at the end of the season when home field was locked up and supposedly certain player’s didn’t play in the game. Regardless no team wants to end their perfect season with a lost so if the Colts can get the win that will set up RD 3 and should bring plenty of fireworks. The North title will be on the line so excuses will be out the window. #5 #5 Yakima Mavericks (7-3) The Mavs ended their season with a blowout against the helpless Viper’s. Now set for another road trip against the Colts who they beat previously in the year will look to notch up another one and see if they can avenge their lost to the Bears and go for the title. It will be a tough road and a lot of pay back if they can ride it through the end. #7 #6 So. Sound Shockers (5-5) The shocker’s turned things around and ended their season at a impressive .500 after a rough start. It’s to bad that they just fell short of the last playoff spot and a chance to further improve. With the way their playing of late they would of gave the Bear’s a better game then the Viper’s will next week. #8 #7 Klamath Crusaders (4-6) Finished out the season strong and barely missed the playoffs. Big game next year against the Outlaws who fell short of the victory for you to get in. #12 #8 Springfield Buzzards (5-5) They earned the 4 seed and are heading to play the Monarchs again which they lost 42-8. They will need nothing short of a miracle to pull of a epic upset of the season. #6 #9 Portland Raiders (6-4) Smack talking got them nowhere but smacked in the mouth and unless their starting QB returns they will be one and done leaving no contest for the Renegades. They will also be without their starting MLB #11 after he was ejected against the Monarchs. #13 #10 Bellingham Bulldogs (2-8) After some very close games the Dogs finally put it together and pulled out two back to back victories to end their season. #9 #11 Vancouver Vipers (6-4) With the starting QB gone for the season, player’s quitting and absolutely no decent QB play the Vipers have all but fell off the map and are basically setting their selves up for a blowout against the Bears in the first round. #10 #12 Grays Harbor Bearcats (4-6) #11 #13 Oregon Outlaws (3-7) #14 #14 Snohomish Co. Vikings (1-9) #15 #15 Rogue Warriors (2-8) #16 #16 Bend Lightning (0-10) At least you never forfeited a game.

I'm ok with #12 its fuel for next year. The one thing I can say is we played every team tough even with all the injuries this year. Every game we lost was with in a touchdown or less except the Mavs we lost by 10. We had 27 injuries that equaled a game lost and around 15 season ending injuries. But I'm proud of our team stepping up and playing hurt or in new positions due to guys out. I think we played for a year and a half straight, the no off season didn't allow anyone to heal. I wounder how the rest of the Nafl teams that played into Oct. Nov. held up this year. These 6 months off will be nice. Good luck to the playoff teams. Next year will be even better, The PFL will continue to be a great place for teams, players, and fans.

Now you know this isn't no big deal. Greg you have to consider when you played each team in order to compare them. Had it not been for injuries the Bearcats would be killing and as time progressed several teams got better towards the end of the season. I would say that after looking at it I should have put them ahead of the Vipers though.

It don't matter its all for fun. In the end its who comes out #1 that matters. But I do like the fact you take the time to do a poll. We should add a players and coaches poll to our website that could be voted on each week. I do wish we could have went without all those injuries would have been interesting to see how many of those game come our way. maybe next year.

OMG this is the worst poll ever. Bears 9-1 record means jack shit after one loss, huh? Colts have 3. How does that make sense? The 6-4 Raiders are the No. 3 seed in the South yet are ranked behind the No. 4 seed Buzzards, which the Raiders beat, and the Crusaders, who did defeat the Raiders but finished two games back of them and out of the playoffs with a 4-6 record? The 2-8 Bulldogs are ranked AHEAD of the 6-4 Vipers? Why? The Vipers DESTROYED the Bulldogs 59-18. The Vipers' four losses all came against playoffs teams at the end of the year after injuries. But they still won six games that should still count. the Bulldogs' only wins came against the Vikings and Bearcats, hardly powerhouses. So I guess according to this pollster, two wins against bad teams means more than six wins and a head-to-head win??? Amazing!! Oh, and by the way, Yakima defeated the Colts. A REAL POLL 1. Monarchs 10-0 (Average score is about 50-9) 2. Bears 9-1 (Lost final game but 9 wins are better than 7) 3. Renegades 9-1 (Has best loss (Monarchs) of the two-loss teams but in weaker division) 4. Yakima 7-3 (Has won 7 of 8 including win over Colts) 5. Colts 7-3 (Hot team but still has three losses) 6. Vipers 6-4 (In a spiral but still have EARNED a playoff berth) 7. Raiders 6-4 (This team sucks but won six games and is in the playoffs) 8. Shockers 5-5 (Decent team in tough division but misses playoffs) 9. Bearcats 4-6 (Lost a ton of close games in tough division. Would kill Crusaders and defeated Buzz). 10. Buzzards 5-5 (Not one win over a quality opponent. In playoffs by default) THE REST? Who cares?

Well the mavs just lost to the bears, and we just beat the bears, soooo, where's that factor in?

Polls are weekly updates of how things are currently going. I would agree with Kita's poll , because it is who is hot right now. Thats how polls work.

Keep it real, you ever go on NBA.COM, ESPN.COM, or any sports website? Power polls are usually done by one person and there usually a bit subjective and they are mainly based on how teams are playing at the time the poll is posted. I agree with your poll on where teams should be ranked from a season standpoint, but I think Kita's poll is more based on how teams are playing at this current point in time.

It only matters who's #1 at the end...

Keepitreal i agree with your poll under different circumstances but mine had to do with the now. The Vipers if they played the Bulldogs would get handled right now and i would agree that i would probably slide a couple teams around after the initial write up. Ours are just two different outlooks that's all.
